　 徐州和平化纖有限公司（前身為徐州和平工業(yè)用布有限公司），建廠于1971年，經(jīng)過幾代新老員工30多年的不懈努力，至今已發(fā)展成為化纖、織造、紡織科技、制線于一體的中型企業(yè)。公司占地面積50多畝，固定資產(chǎn)8000萬元，職工300多人，專業(yè)技術人員68人，檢測設備齊全，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，供貨能力強。即將投產(chǎn)的江蘇和順布業(yè)有限公司能為用戶提供幅寬3000mm以內(nèi)，匹長1000m以內(nèi)PP網(wǎng)絲、棕絲、丙綸、滌綸、滌棉、全棉、丙棉、錦綸引布、復合襯布等九大系列200余個品種，同時可根據(jù)用戶要求織造各種規(guī)格的工業(yè)用布，年生產(chǎn)能力800萬米。

和順布業(yè)歷經(jīng)風雨，幾度易址，幾度從低谷中奮起，終于在2015年成立江蘇和順布業(yè)有限公司。公司廠房面積從原來的幾畝增加到現(xiàn)在的50畝，企業(yè)注冊資金從原來的200萬元到如今的1000萬元，企業(yè)順利通過ISO9001：2008質(zhì)量管理體系標準認證，環(huán)境管理體系認證和職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認證。公司員工也由原來的50多人增加到如今的201人，現(xiàn)有固定資產(chǎn)6000多萬元，其中技術人員55人，公司擁有的生產(chǎn)設備，的現(xiàn)代化管理，和的科研及銷售團隊，歷經(jīng)30多年發(fā)展，目前在同行業(yè)中具有地位。

       橡膠墊布產(chǎn)品能為客戶提供幅寬5000MM以內(nèi)，匹長1000M以內(nèi)丙綸系列、滌綸系列、棕絲、特力絲、網(wǎng)絲、全棉和各種聚酯、特氟龍系列、錦綸引布，海綿復合襯布等九大系列，200余個品種，年生產(chǎn)能力700萬米以上。

Regarding rubber liner fabric product, we provide nine series, i.e. polypropylene, dacron, palm fiber, terylene, twine, cotton, polyester, teflon, chinlon guiding cloth, sponge compound interlining cloth, and over 200 varieties of industrial cloth products, with a maximum width of 5,000mm and a maximum length of 1,000m; the annual production capacity is more than 7 million meters.

       錦綸棕絲墊布：產(chǎn)品采用高強丙綸長絲與錦綸單絲交織而成，后采用高溫定型，具有表面光滑、強力高、反彈性好、不打折、防靜電，具有良好的隔離性能。

Chinlon palm fiber liner fabric: the product is made by interweaving high strength polypropylene filament yarn and chinlon monofilament and performing high temperature setting; it is featured with smooth surface, high strength, high rebound resilience, folding resistance, static resistance, and good isolation performance.

      PP網(wǎng)絲墊布：產(chǎn)品采用高強丙綸長絲和進口PP網(wǎng)絲交織而成，后處理采用高溫定型、環(huán)保涂層等工藝，具有強力高、防吸塵、不打折、反彈性好，具有良好的隔離性能。

PP fiber liner fabric: the product is made by interweaving high-strength polypropylene filament yarn and imported PP fiber liner fabric and performing high temperature setting, environmentally-friendly coating, and other processes; it is featured with high strength, dust resistance, folding resistance, high rebound resilience and good isolation performance.

       聚酯6036墊布：產(chǎn)品采用高強丙綸長絲與錦綸單絲交織而成，后采用高溫涂層，增加原有的挺性和老化性。該墊布吸溫性小，耐磨性強，不打折，熔點高等性能。

Polyester 6036 liner fabric: the product is made by interweaving high-strength polypropylene filament yarn and chinlon monofilament and covering with high temperature coating to enhance its original rigidity and aging resistance; the liner fabric is featured with low temperature absorption capacity, strong wearing resistance, folding resistance, high melting point, and other performance.

       聚酯6050墊布：產(chǎn)品采用高強丙綸長絲與錦綸單絲交織而成，后采用高溫涂層，增加原有的挺性和老化性，使墊布具有強力高，挺性，不宜變形打折，熔點高等性能。

 Polyester 6050 liner fabric: the product is made by interweaving high-strength polypropylene filament yarn and chinlon monofilament and covering with high temperature coating to enhance its original rigidity and aging resistance; the liner fabric is featured with high strength, strong rigidity, deformation and folding resistance, high melting point, and other performance.

       純棉墊布：產(chǎn)品采用PVA短纖維與本色棉紗交織而成，具有透氣性能好、吸濕性強、不打滑等性能。

Cotton liner fabric: the product is made by interweaving PVA short fiber and cotton yarn; it is featured with high air permeability, strong moisture absorption capacity, and sliding resistance and other performance.

       海綿墊布：產(chǎn)品采用兩層強力滌綸布與兩層高密度進口海綿和錦綸棕絲布，五層四次火焰膠合而成，其產(chǎn)品工藝復雜是胎側膠專用墊布，可緩解膠面受壓變形，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

Sponge liner fabric: the product is made of two layers of high strength dacron cloth and two layers of high-density imported sponge and chinlon palm fiber cloth, specifically by performing flame bonding on 5 layers for four times; the product process is extremely complex, but it is the special liner fabric for tire sidewall rubber, which is capable of relieving pressure and deformation of rubber surface and improving product quality.

      高分子墊布：產(chǎn)品采用塑料膜與丙綸網(wǎng)格布經(jīng)過高溫擠壓復合而成，該墊布挺性強，抗撕力強；取代了原有塑料布一次使用優(yōu)點，大大降低了輪胎公司的成本。

High polymer liner fabric: the product is made by squeezing super-high strength plastic film and polypropylene mesh fabric at high temperature; the liner fabric is advantaged in strong rigidity and high tearing resistance and can replace the original disposable plastic cloth, thus significantly lowering the cost of tire company.
