PEEK特性：
該材料具有的綜合性能，機(jī)械性能好，耐高溫，耐化學(xué)性能優(yōu)越，使之成為通用的塑料。
高溫性能好, 可保持到 260°C；優(yōu)異的剛性（甚至在高溫下）；優(yōu)異的耐久性；優(yōu)異的絕緣性； 優(yōu)異的

耐水解性；在高溫下具有良好的抑菌性；良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性； 生物相容性； 固有的阻燃性能；固有的純

凈性； 優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)腐蝕性；但抗紫外線（UV）能力差。棕褐色是它的本色。

主要性能
聚醚醚酮（PEKK）是高結(jié)晶性芳香族線型熱塑性工程塑料，它兼具芳香族熱固性塑料的耐熱性、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定

性及熱塑性塑料的易加工性特點(diǎn)，其綜合性能優(yōu)良，在常溫下的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，但因其Tg僅為145°C故在Tg

溫度處強(qiáng)強(qiáng)度急劇下降，若以玻璃纖維，碳纖維、石墨、。芳綸增強(qiáng)則可在高溫下使用，在240°C下其強(qiáng)

度幾乎不變。PEEK的耐蠕變性、抗疲勞性。耐磨性優(yōu)，熱分解溫度為520°C故長(zhǎng)期使用溫度為204°C棋合

金可耐310°C碳纖維增強(qiáng)PEEK為300°C耐熱水、耐輻射、耐化學(xué)性極好。PEEK是聚醚醚酮類用量很大的一
